location is very good,people are nice

I was in Marseille for a congress, that was taking place in 3min walk of the hotel. The Metro station was very close also and plenty of buses available, the Hotel is quite far from the city center, but easily accessible with the Metro. For a 2stars hotel the room was fully equiped. It's a very good value for money hotel.

The Hotel, was perfect for location to the Stade Velodrome, and and the reception staff were excellent, i would stay there again, if in Marseille.

We have no compaints

There was a minimum of fuss from the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. We checked in early, no problem. Late drinks, no problem. On site parking 5.5 Euros per day. Rooms are basic but clean. At the moment (Oct 2011) there are major roadworks outside, building an underpass on the main road where the hotel is located Looks a bit of a mess and causes a slight access issue (entrance to road adjacent to hotel closed off from the main road) but didn't affect our night's sleep. Good basic hotel 4 minutes walk to the Stade Velodrome and 20 minutes walk to the beach.

it is an exellent localation for the football ground not much walking distance at all and you can see the side of the football ground from the hotel

everything was nice and clean and tidy and the staff was very helpful

Breakfast not good value at 9euro for breakfast from a chiller cabinet Room flooring damaged

Late arrival was no problem, nice bakery nearby for breakfast, outside parking easy to find around the corner, Friday mornings is market at Boulevard du Prado (around the corner), several good shops around, on the corner to big stadium, 100 mtr to next Metro Station

Not parking spot inside the hotel garage available for all guests, quite small elevator

Room as advertised, excellent location for football matches and metro nearby - 4 stops away from the centre. Very convenient private parking offered by the hotel.

The price was hiked up in view of the Euro - because the hotel is just opposite Stade Velodrome.

The room is very comfortable and beds are quite large. Wifi service is excellent with no problems at all. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

If you offer a parking spot than you should stand by that offer. Either drop that part or plan it better. The cabin was both small and poor.

pretty comfortable, good location if you are going to visit football match or go to the beach

very loud housemaids (they start to clean nearest to you rooms early in the morning, using vacuum cleaner while the doors are open - so it is very difficult to sleep at this time), housemaids not knocking before open your room

Bed and shower were very nice and location is great for football stadium.

Room and hotel looked a bit old could do with a bit of an update. Also the staff took a while to understand that i needed to check out early. Maybe it was just my accent i don't know.
